Quality Care Alliance (QCA) a network established to offer employers  in Elkhart County, St. Joseph County, and the surrounding area with a value-based group health benefit program offering employers an integrated platform to support collective population health, care concierge and wellness initiatives. The ACO narrow provider network includes Beacon Health System, Goshen Health and independent physician groups in Elkhart, and St. Joseph counties and the surrounding areas.
